Stock Alert Update.

All four stocks on the Stock Alert have done fairly well.

Contel has risen 30% from $0.18 to $0.24.

Eastern has risen 50% from $0.42 to $0.63.

GK Goh has risen 7% from $1.07 to $1.15.

Sihuan has risen 25% from $0.665 to $0.835.

Nevertheless, all four stocks will remain on the Stock Alert for now, since they have not reached my respective Fair Values for them (please look at my write up for each individual stock for their Fair Value).

Another point to note, is that it has been increasingly difficult to find undervalued stocks in the current market. Most stocks are already trading close to their fair values, with some of the larger cap stocks already trading at forward valuations.

However, if the companies can maintain their earnings growth for the previous few quarters, and carry that growth forward into their FY2007 results, then all of a sudden, valuations would not be that expensive once again.

That said, there is quite a lot of time between now and August when the next quarterly results are due. Hence, I intend to remain cautiously bullish for now -

That means to hold on to most of my stocks but not to add on to anymore unnecessarily.
