Other blogs.

Dear readers,

I just wanted to point out a new addition to my blog -

If you scroll down near to the bottom of my sidebar, you will find a new list entitled "other blogs" - this is a list of some of the local non-investment blogs that I visit quite regularly that have quite interesting content. I will of course be adding onto the list as time goes by.

Here's a summary of the listed blogs:

Xiaxue is the ramblings of a Singaporean girl who strives to be unique, controversial and intellectual whilst striving to be as beautiful and glamorous in her image. I enjoy her blog sometimes because I find her over-the-top efforts to be extremely comical.

Mr. Brown is best known for his witty insights and podcasts, such as the infamous "ter kua" and "mee siam mai hum" podcasts. If you ever want a witty/sarcastic take on anything Singaporean, just go to this blog.

Mr. Miyagi is the co-creator of many of the brilliant podcasts from The Mr. Brown Show, and his blog is one of the oldest and most info-filled blogs around.

In fact, blogging is so popular now that even George Yeo, our own Minister for Foreign Affairs, has his own blog.

Not to be outdone is Tan Kin Lian, the Ex-CEO of NTUC Income, who used to personally respond to all queries about NTUC Income on his blog. In time, I'm sure more CEOs and politicians will do the same.

Being an ardent food lover, I also often scour the Internet for food reviews and recipes. When it comes to food and restaurant reviews, Recent runes is the very first site I will visit. The blog owner loves food with a passion, and all that passion comes across in his photos, writing, and reviews. And if you read up on his blog about him, you will find him to be the epitome of the saying "Never trust a skinny chef" - er...or "food reviewer" in this case.

I also often frequent Chubby Hubby for food reviews and recipes. If Recent runes is all about passion and love of food, then Chubby Hubby is all about professionalism, detail and meticulousness, from the reviews done to the photography. Both websites have their plus points, and both are great.

Lastly, you can also go to tomorrow.sg where you can find links to all the interesting blogs and posts from Singapore. You can also submit interesting posts from the blogs you like to be put up on tomorrow.sg to share with other readers!!
